Annie Seay

Grants & Strategic Initiatives Manager

With nearly two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, Annie has dedicated her career to advancing community well-being through fundraising, program development, and strategic partnerships. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Rights, which has helped inform her work across organizations that address literacy, anti-human trafficking, social justice, workers’ rights, and support for historically marginalized communities.

Annie is drawn to the mission of the Reed Charitable Foundation because she believes systemic change begins with strong educational foundations. By supporting effective literacy instruction, she sees an opportunity to advance long-term community health, equity, and opportunity.
