Kristi brings over 25 years of experience in administration, community engagement, and leadership to the REED Charitable Foundation team. With a background in nonprofit administration, event planning, and serving and empowering people, Kristi has dedicated her career to supporting meaningful initiatives that create lasting impact.
Prior to joining RCF, Kristi served as the Discipleship Director at Orlando World Outreach Church, where she oversaw outreach, missions, leadership development, and organizational growth. Her expertise in team building, strategic planning, and fostering strong community relationships has been instrumental in driving transformative programs.
Passionate about impacting the next generation, Kristi was drawn to RCF’s mission because of its ability to create a ripple effect beyond just the teachers and students it serves. Education is a powerful tool that not only changes individual lives but also strengthens families, communities, and ultimately the nation. Seeing children educated and excited about learning has the potential to shift the trajectory of countless lives, and Kristi is honored to be part of that transformative work.
