Yadhira Sollberger

Yadhira Sollberger is the managing partner and executive coach for SCG Advising, a family-owned advising and consulting firm based out of Orlando. As part of her coaching role, Yadhira helps executive leaders create a personalized plan for business and leadership development. In addition, she is the volunteer team lead for REED Charitable Foundation’s CORE Team. Her role at RCF holds a very special place for her as she is dedicated to literacy and dyslexia awareness and has experienced first-hand the life changing effect of RCF’s trailblazing work.

She is a community volunteer and advocate for various organizations with her primary dedication being supporting non-profits whose work both enriches and improves the communities they serve. Among these are serving on the Board of Directors for Orlando Ballet and School and for Music Theater Bavaria. She is also involved in supporting Second Harvest Food Bank and One Heart for Women and Children.

Yadhira is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in Sociology. She then went on to earn her law degree from Florida A&M University’s College of Law in Orlando, Florida.
