Michelle Leeper

Michelle is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in both telecommunications and nonprofit leadership. As the former Chief of Development and Head of Client Relations at Aeras Technologies, Michelle focused on building and nurturing relationships with clients across Florida and Georgia, as well as forging new partnerships with prospective clients. Her impressive career also includes over fifteen years in executive leadership and operational management at multiple telecommunications organizations, including the position of Regional CFO at AT&T in Lake Mary, FL. In the nonprofit space, Michelle has served on the Board of Directors and the Gala Committee of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for the past 16 years. With her unique perspective and expertise, Michelle is a valuable addition to our team.

Michelle’s respect for Jen Knopf and REED Charitable Foundation was immediate as Jen shared the RCF mission of fighting the reading epidemic on stage at Victory Cup. Michelle sees how the RCF team is making global institutional changes for the future trajectory for the Science of Reading and breaking down all barriers for educators, administrators, and ultimately the student. Michelle is beyond honored to be joining the RCF team, until every child can read.
